Revenue Management Solutions LLC is Hiring a Content Marketing Specialist Near Tampa, FL

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a Content Marketing Specialist to join our global marketing team. As the Content Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and managing content across various internal and external platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of content marketing principles.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You’ll work in our Tampa office, reporting to the Director of Marketing. You will work with our internal teams to create cohesive content that supports cross-functional goals and help our teams promote our service portfolio to potential and existing clients. This is a hybrid position coming into the office 3 days a week.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Produce high-quality, engaging content for our website, blog, social media channels, email campaigns and internal newsletter. This includes but is not limited to blog posts, social media posts, one-pagers, ads, consumer reports, case studies, infographics, videos and more.
  • Coordinate the distribution of content across various channels including social media platforms, email campaigns and internal channels. Monitor audience feedback and engagement to optimize brand awareness and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute content strategies that align with our overall objectives and nurture qualified leads across all RMS solutions.
  • Work with third-party partner to optimize content for search engines (SEO) to increase visibility, engagement and conversion rates. This includes proofreading blog posts to strategically incorporate targeted keywords.
  • Ensure all marketing content and digital communications meets RMS’ brand guidelines.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a content creator or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse content formats and styles.
  • Previous experience in a B2B company, preferably with a focus on SaaS solutions.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
  • Proficiency in SEO principles and keyword research tools such as SEMRush or Moz.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms such as MailChimp and Active Campaign.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Familiarity with WordPress, Google Analytics and Google Analytics
